What is included? Your portrait will include an 8” x 10” oil painting on wood, with a cradle which allows for easy hanging.

What do the sides look like? The sides of the wooden canvas can be left as raw wood, painted white, or painted black. Please select your preferred color when submitting the down payment.

Why do I need to submit a down payment? Submitting a 30% portion of the payment first will allow the artist to review your reference photo and information. You will receive an email from the artist after all information has been submitted confirming the quality of your image and with further instructions on submitting the final payment.

How do I order? Ordering a custom oil painting is easy! The first step to ordering is by purchasing a down payment in the shop. After the purchase is complete you will be able to submit your images and pet information. You will receive an email from the artist after submitting your image.

What makes a good image? When choosing your image please ensure the image is high quality, with good lighting. Please select an image that best represents coloring of your pet hair, or eyes, as this will be the only image the artist uses as reference. Do not worry about backgrounds, the artist will replace the background based on the color scheme of your pet or the information provided in the down payment form.
